What is YourMan and how does it work?
YourMan is a professional personal assistance company. You send a request, we call you to confirm, a person is assigned to your task, and you hear from us until it is done.
Do you provide treatment, or just coordinate?
YourMan is not a doctor — we coordinate. We help with appointments, visits, tests, reports, medicines and transport at hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and doctors’ private chambers. We do not diagnose or give medical advice.
How much does it cost?
Cost depends on the task. We tell you the cost when we call to confirm — you decide before anything starts.
Where and when do you work?
We serve Dhaka City and Rajshahi City now. Every day, 9 AM to 9 PM, Bangladesh time. Other divisional cities when we are ready.
How are your assistants selected?
Every assistant passes six steps before representing YourMan: an interview, an identity check of the candidate and family (NID), a guarantor, a signed customer-safety agreement, training in professional service and communication, and only then assignment.
