How it works

From your request to a finished task, in three steps.

  1. Request

    Choose the service and tasks, add where and when, and send. Or message us on WhatsApp.

    You do not need an account.

  2. We coordinate

    We review your request, then call you to confirm the time and details. Then a person is assigned to your task.

  3. Updates and done

    Your assistant does the task. You hear from us by phone and WhatsApp until it is done.

What each status means

These are the words we use when we update you.

  1. Submitted

    We have received your request. It is not confirmed yet.

  2. Under Review

    We are reviewing your request and checking whether we can do it.

  3. Confirmed

    We have confirmed the time and details with you.

  4. Assigned

    A YourMan assistant has been assigned to your task.

  5. In Progress

    Your assistant is working on the task and we keep you updated.

  6. Completed

    The task is done.

  7. Cancelled

    The request was cancelled.

  8. Rejected

    We could not take this request this time. Contact us and we will talk through what is possible.

Important to know

  • Your time is a preference

    The time you choose is your preference. It is not a fixed appointment until we confirm it with you.

  • Sending is not confirming

    A request becomes confirmed only after we talk to you. Nothing starts before you agree.

  • You can cancel

    You can cancel before a person is assigned. Call us or message us on WhatsApp. After that, contact us.

  • Cost

    Cost depends on the task. We tell you the cost when we call to confirm — you decide before anything starts.

What we need from you

  • What the task is
  • Where: the city, the area and an optional note
  • When: your preferred date and time, or as soon as possible. Morning 8–12, Afternoon 12–5, Evening 5–9.
  • How to reach you: your name and phone number. Email is optional.

What we do not ask here

Please do not send medical records, prescriptions, test reports or ID documents through this website. If we need more, we ask only what the task needs, by phone.

Today, on the website

You request on the website. We update you by phone call and WhatsApp until the task is done. You can check any call or message against our official YourMan number.
