These are the terms for using YourMan. We have written them in plain words.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use the YourMan website to ask a question or send a request. The same terms apply to the YourMan app.
By sending a request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.
What YourMan does
YourMan Medical Coordination helps you with appointments, visits, tests, reports, medicines and transport at a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre or doctor’s chamber.
YourMan Personal Assistance helps you with lawful everyday tasks such as documents, bills and forms, shopping, pickup and drop, and bookings.
YourMan is not a doctor — we coordinate.
What YourMan does not do
YourMan is not an emergency service. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or contact emergency services.
We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and we do not give medical advice.
We only take lawful tasks. We may decline anything unsafe or outside what we do.
Sending a request
Please give us correct details. Sending a request is not a confirmation. We call you to confirm before anything starts.
The time you choose is a preference until we confirm it. A request is confirmed only when we tell you so.
Please do not include medical details in your request.
Cost
Cost depends on the task. We tell you the cost when we call to confirm — you decide before anything starts.
Costs charged by third parties, such as hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, shops or couriers, are separate from YourMan’s own. We tell you what applies when we call to confirm.
Cancelling
You can cancel before a person is assigned, by call or on WhatsApp. After that, please contact us.
If we decline a request
We may decline a request that is unlawful, unsafe or outside what we do. If we do, we will talk through what is possible.
Hospitals, clinics and other providers
Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, doctors, shops and couriers are independent of YourMan. They are responsible for their own services.
YourMan coordinates. Medical decisions are between you and your doctor.
Your part
Give correct details, ask only for lawful tasks, and treat our assistants and team with respect.
Our assistants
Every YourMan assistant passes our six steps before being assigned and works under a signed customer-safety agreement.
Using the website
Please use the website only for its purpose. Do not misuse it, copy it for another site, or try to break it.
The YourMan name, logo and content belong to YourMan.
Law
These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh.
