Many people need an important task done in a place where they cannot be. They live in another city or another country, they do not have the time, or the task has many steps.
Finding someone dependable to coordinate it is hard. When you are a patient’s family, it is harder still: appointments, tests, reports, medicines and transport at hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and doctors’ private chambers all have to line up. And when you cannot see what is happening, it is hard to feel at ease.
