This is what we collect on this website, why, and what we do not ask for here.
About this policy
This policy explains what information YourMan collects when you use this website, and what we do with it. Requests that come from the YourMan app reach the same operations system and are handled the same way.
We collect only what the task needs.
What we collect
When you send a request: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), whether you are happy to be contacted on WhatsApp, the service and tasks you choose, your city and area (and pickup and drop-off points, if the task needs them), optional notes about the location and the timing, and your preferred date and time.
When you ask a question: your name, your phone number or email, and your question.
When you ask us to tell you about a new city: your city and your phone number or email.
When you visit: simple page-visit counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
To block spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden field that only automated senders fill in. While you fill in the request form, your answers are kept in your browser tab for that visit only. They are not sent to us until you press Send, and they are cleared after you send. After you send, a short summary (service, tasks, place and time, with no name or contact details) stays in your tab only so that the confirmation page can show it.
To limit spam and misuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address with each request, question and Notify me message, and for 2 days to count how often a form is used. Cloudflare Turnstile also sees your internet address when it checks a form.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for medical details, medical records or files on this website. Please do not include them in your notes.
On this website we do not ask for a password or an account, and we do not ask for card or bank details.
Why we use it
To call you to confirm your request, to carry it out, and to keep you updated by phone and WhatsApp.
To answer your question, and to tell you if we start in your city.
To see where people need us, and to keep the website working.
Every request, question and Notify me message is saved on our server so that nothing is lost, and it also reaches us by email. If you add your email to a request, we send you a copy.
If we need more to do the task, we ask by phone, and only what the task needs.
Who sees it
Our operations team sees your request. The assistant assigned to your task sees only what the task needs.
Requests from the website and from the app are kept in one operations system.
We use these services to run the website: FireVPS (firevps.net) for hosting, firevpsmail.com for email, and Cloudflare for spam checks and visit counts.
How long we keep it
We keep your requests, your questions and your Notify me details for 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@yourman.com.bd.
How we protect it
The website uses a secure connection. Only the people who need your information to do their work can see it.

We do not use tracking cookies, so we do not show a cookie notice.
