Six steps, every assistant

  1. Interview

    We interview every candidate.

  2. Identity check

    We check the identity of the candidate and the family (NID).

  3. A guarantor

    Every assistant has a guarantor.

  4. Customer-safety agreement

    Every assistant signs a customer-safety agreement.

  5. Training

    Training in professional service and communication.

  6. Assigned to your task

    Only then is a person assigned to your task.

How to recognise your YourMan assistant

  • A YourMan ID card

    The card shows a photo, a name and an ID number.

  • You know the first name

    We tell you your assistant’s first name when we call to confirm.

  • A navy shirt with our logo

    Our assistants wear a navy shirt with the YourMan logo.

  • Our official number

    You can check any call or message against our official YourMan number.

How every task is handled

  • We call before we start

    Cost depends on the task. We tell you the cost when we call to confirm — you decide before anything starts.

  • You know who is helping

    We tell you your assistant’s first name when we call to confirm. Every assistant carries a YourMan ID card.

  • Updates until it is done

    You hear from us by phone and WhatsApp until the task is complete.

Lawful tasks only

  • We only take lawful tasks. We may decline anything unsafe or outside what we do.
  • We do not handle forged or false documents.
  • We do not give medical care, diagnosis or advice.
  • YourMan is not a doctor — we coordinate.

Your information

We ask only what the task needs.

Please do not send medical records, prescriptions, test reports or ID documents through this website. If we need more, we ask by phone.

How we handle your information

YourMan is not an emergency service. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or contact emergency services.
